The skimmer is an oil skimming device that can be used to skim oil off the surface of the water. The Skimmer is made of durable plastic and has a built-in floatation system that allows it to stay upright while floating on the surface of the water. The Skimmer floats on top of the oil layer and collects the oil as it passes through the skimmer.
