Manufactured from SIOPOR® Excel 3-layer dobby ripstop polyester fabric integrated with breathable FR PU and inherent flame retardant (FR) knitting, the jacket weighs ± 280 g/m². Its multi-standard certifications include IEC 61482-2:2018 APC1 with an Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) of 9.1 cal/cm², EN ISO 13688:2013, EN ISO 11612:2015/A1 A2 B1 C1 E1 F1, EN ISO 11611:2015/Class 1 - A1 A2, EN ISO 20471:2013 + A1 2016/Class 3, EN 343:2019/Class 4-4-X, EN 13034:2005 + A1:2009 Type PB (6), and EN 1149-5:2018 for electrostatic dissipative properties.
Functional elements include a zip closure under a protective flap secured by touch and close fastening, three outer pockets including a patched chest pocket, two stitched inside pockets, two loops designed to attach gas detectors, and adjustable sleeve ends narrowed by press studs. A drawstring at the hem improves fit and comfort. The round sleeves and exterior straight collar can accommodate a hood sold separately and attachable via a slide-in zipper system for additional weather protection.
