HOBUT 3 Phase Multi Function AC Power Transducer Energy Meter with RS485 Output C-TRAN-160A

HOBUT C-TRAN-160A is a combined 3 Phase multi-function AC power transducer and current transformer designed for comprehensive electrical energy monitoring. This energy meter features built-in power metering capability with RS485 output enabling integration with PLCs, RTUs, and data loggers for real-time monitoring and control in industrial, commercial, and automation settings.

Featuring non-volatile EEPROM memory, the meter securely stores energy registers, current and voltage ratios, and calibration data ensuring reliable operation even during power interruptions. It includes two communication ports: Port 1 supports fixed data formats with adjustable baud rate and endian format, while Port 2 uses Modbus protocol for extensive control and data retrieval.

The C-TRAN-160A supports measurements of phase voltage, line voltage, phase current, frequency, active, reactive, and apparent power for each phase as well as system totals. Additionally, it offers energy import measurements (W.h, VAr.h, VA.h), demand measurements, power factor, neutral current, and operational hours based on voltage.

Designed in compliance with numerous international standards including BS 4889, BSEN 60688, CE, cUL, EN 61010-1, EN 61326-2, IEC 1036, IEC 359, IEC 60044-1, IEC 688, IEC 801, EN 55020, and UL, it ensures high accuracy and safety in demanding electrical installations.
