Product Description

SMC KQG2L06-01S male pneumatic fitting is part of the KQG2 series stainless steel range designed for high performance in corrosive and high-temperature environments. The fitting is manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance compared to standard grades, making it ideal for chloride and chemical-laden conditions. It is constructed as a 90-degree male elbow designed for threaded-to-push in tube connections with a 6 mm push-in tube size and R 1/8 inch male threaded end.

The product supports maximum operating pressures of up to 1 MPa and can withstand temperatures from -5°C to 150°C, suitable for use with compressed air, water, and steam. This fitting utilizes FKM seals, ensuring chemical resistance and compatibility with nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, FEP, and PFA tubing. It is grease-free and suitable for food grade applications. The compact and lightweight design offers 30% smaller size and 62% less weight than the previous KQG series, facilitating easier installation in tight spaces while maintaining durability.
