The average of wind speed and direction over aperiod configurable up to 10 minutes is calculated.Versions with housing in technopolymer or in anodized aluminium alloy with anti-corrosioncoating which allows the instrument to be used even in a particularly aggressive atmosphere(e.g., marine environment) are available.The versions with housing in technopolymer can optionally be equipped with an integratedheater, in order to prevent the accumulation of snow and ice formation, allowing accuratemeasurements in all environmental conditions.The versions with housing in anodized aluminium alloy are always equipped with an enhancedheater, for rapid defrosting.
