SKF Spherical Bearing 40mm Bore 62mm Outside Diameter Steel Construction 465000 N Static Load Rating GE 40 TXE-2LS

SKF GE 40 TXE-2LS spherical bearing is designed for applications requiring self-aligning and multi-directional motion capability. With a 40mm bore diameter and 62mm outside diameter, this bearing offers robust steel construction and a static axial load rating of 465,000 Newtons, suitable for heavy-duty operations.

The bearing’s construction includes triple-lip seals providing excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, greatly enhancing durability and reliability in demanding environments. Its dry lubrication technology ensures sliding contact is maintained with minimal lubricant, reducing maintenance intervals and environmental impact.

This Spherical Bearing effectively compensates for shaft deflections and misalignment, preventing system failures and accommodating manufacturing tolerances in welded assemblies. Its dynamic load capacity of 280 kN complements the static load rating, offering versatility in various operational settings.

Applications span agricultural machinery requiring robust and forgiving components, wind turbines benefiting from reliable bearing performance, metals processing, and mining operations where high load capacity and misalignment tolerance are critical.

Durable steel material provides strength and wear resistance. Sealed design ensures dust and water ingress protection. Dry lubrication supports environmentally friendly operation and reduced upkeep. High static (465 kN) and dynamic load ratings enhance operational capacity.

Manufactured in Germany ensuring stringent quality controls.

SKF’s reputation for quality engineering and this bearing’s state-of-the-art design make it an ideal choice for complex machinery environments demanding reliability, durability, and minimal maintenance.
