Product Description
Separation Zone:First stage transforms the influent solids to settled solids while allowing scum to float on the surface. It is a primary sedimentation zone in which settled sludge is stabilized by anaerobic digestion. The treatment efficiency of the chamber is in the range of 30 % BOD removal.Final Sedimentation Zone:Final stage involves the sedimentation where organic wastes are settled in the Sedimentation zone.Space Conversion:Foot print of the tank (Bio Digester tank) if kept series.Biodigester serves as reaction vessel for bio-methanation and provides the anaerobic conditions and required temperature for the bacteria. The optimum temp is maintained by microbial heat, insulation of the reactor and solar heating at places wherever required
