ITW Devcon 495-1750 Adhesive Syringe Gun is a high-quality 200ml dispensing tool engineered for applying epoxy adhesives to metal and composite assemblies including thermoplastic and thermoset materials. This adhesive syringe gun is designed to deliver precise metering and mixing in a 1:1 ratio cartridge system, essential for consistent bonding in industrial and structural applications.

The adhesive used is Epoxy Plus®, a rubber toughened, high viscosity, non-corrosive structural adhesive that provides superior resistance to peel, impact, and fatigue. The working time is 25 minutes, allowing sufficient time for application before curing commences, with handling strength achieved within 4 to 5 hours. Its tensile shear strength of 17.24 N/mm² ensures strong, durable joints even under mechanical stress.

Thanks to its high viscosity, the adhesive offers excellent gap-filling capabilities, which supports bonding in uneven or imperfect surfaces. It is also resistant to solvents, adding to its robustness in challenging environments.
