FAB/ BIOPAC Media With Density 0.93 (Model PP-30) consists of floating media of cylindrical shapes and different sizes. As compared to conventional technologies FAB reactors are compact, energy efficient and user friendly. It is used to separate the organic substances, nitrification, and denitrification. MBBR in STP comprises an activated sludge system in which internal plastic carriers with a large surface area are present that helps collect the sludge at the bottom of plastic carriers.
