RS PRO Universal Drain Rod Set 10 Interlocking Rods 3 ft Length Each with Brass Lockfast Joints 388-8257

RS PRO 388-8257 Drain Rod Set is designed to efficiently clear blockages in drains using a robust set of tools engineered for durability and flexibility. The set includes 10 polypropylene rods, each 3 feet long, connected by brass Lockfast joints ensuring secure and resilient interlocking that prevents detachment during operation even in tough conditions.

The polypropylene material provides sufficient flexibility to bend around pipe corners without breaking and minimizes the risk of rods becoming stuck within pipes. The tool set also includes four specialized rod ends for different clearing tasks: a clearing wheel to compress water-logged debris, a drop scraper with a semi-circular edge to remove sticky substances, a plunger to create air pockets for breaking thick blockages, and a double worm screw that swivels to catch and retrieve solid obstructions.

The rods are neatly tied with two leather straps to allow for easy storage and convenient transport. This makes the set practical for use in plumbing maintenance, industrial drain cleaning, commercial facility upkeep, as well as residential applications requiring professional-grade tools.
