Product Description
Peak Instruments S-613F Fluoride Ion Concentration Meter are used to determine the concentration of chloride ions in biological fluids. The concentration of chloride ions is determined by subtracting the titration findings of the moles of silver ions that reacted with the thiocyanate from the total moles of silver nitrate added to the solution. This method is used when the pH of the solution, after the sample has been prepared, is acidic. Measuring the chloride level in water is often part of an industrial process where a certain level of water purity is required. Chloride meters are also used to monitor the concentration in wastewater that is pumped back out into rivers and streams.

- Able to switch between conductivity, TDS, salinity and resistivity. Multinomial calculation for TDS and salinity to ensure the conversion precision of the full scale.
