Rocol 15811 Foodlube® Ultra Synthetic Lubricant is a high-performance, multi purpose paste designed specifically for use in food processing, pharmaceutical, and other hygienic environments requiring food-safe lubrication. This lubricant is supplied in a convenient 380 g cartridge form.
The lubricant’s beige, synthetic base provides excellent adhesion and tenacity for effective lubrication of sliding, cam, gear, and plain bearing components. It offers corrosion protection and resists water wash-off, making it ideal for environments where cleanliness and durability are critical.
Operating reliably within a temperature range of -15°C to 160°C, Foodlube® Ultra also delivers exceptional Extreme Pressure (EP) performance with a 4 ball weld load of 250 kg. This ensures protection under high load conditions and high-speed mechanical movements.
It is formulated without mineral hydrocarbons, animal-derived materials, nut oils, or genetically modified ingredients, meeting NSF H1 hygienic standards (Certification No. 138650) and ISO 21469 requirements for food safety.
