SMC KQG2H23-02S Pneumatic Quick Connect Coupling is constructed from fluoro coated 316 stainless steel, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for demanding fluid power and pneumatic applications. Engineered to withstand operating temperatures from -5°C to 150°C and pressures up to 1 Mpa, this coupling is compact and 30% smaller as well as 62% lighter compared to the previous KQG series models.
The high-grade SUS316 stainless steel material offers superior pitting and corrosion resistance compared to grade 304, making it especially well suited for chloride environments and chemical exposure. The fluoro coating further enhances chemical resistance and protects against aggressive fluids.
This quick connect coupling is compatible with a wide range of tubing including nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, FEP, and PFA, supported by durable grease-free FKM seals designed for steam and compressed air applications.
