Our Essa RD10HMI Infrared Drying Oven is a fast-acting tray drying oven suited to drying samples that weigh up to 8kg. It simultaneously uses two innovative heating mechanisms to ensure quick drying overhead infrared heat lamps and a hotplate that heats the sample from underneath. The sample is evenly laid on the oven tray and the tray is placed into the oven. The overhead infrared heat lamps work with the hotplate to remove moisture from the sample to quickly deliver a superior drying result. An HMI color touchscreen, which displays set-point and actual values, is easy for operators to use and allows precise machine control. A pyrometer monitors the infrared heat lamp operating temperature and a contactless sensor and dimmer allows effortless control of the heat lamp temperature. A thermocouple measures the hotplate temperature from below
