Our Vibrating Grizzly Feeder effectively combines feeding and scalping in one solution. It is designed to deliver material to a crusher in a primary application, most commonly in mining and mineral processing. Such applications can also be found in aggregates, concrete & recycling industries. Our Vibrating Grizzly handles high-impact loads and operates at high g-forces in order to produce efficient separation of lump and fine ore with the linear motion being produced by exciter units mounted below the grizzly. The fine ore passes through the tapered grizzly fingers and bypasses the crusher, whereby the lumps are fed into the primary crusher. The process will maximize the overall crushing plant capacity and reduce the wear within the crusher.
