With a press force of up to 600 kN, our HTP60 Semi-Automatic Pellet Press is a powerful, robust machine designed to meet the toughest demands placed on your laboratory. Semi-automated, it offers the full benefits of program-controlled sample preparation for XRF or XRD analysis. All pressing parameters are stored in the programmable logic controller (PLC), and an easy-to-use interface allows your operator to select the most suitable program to accommodate different sample types.Our HTP60 allows operators to choose the most appropriate press tool for the material being pressed. The machine can be used with 40 mm or 51.5 mm steel rings, 40 mm aluminum cups, or a 40 mm diameter free press tool. A swing-out crosshead makes filling and cleaning of the die quick, simple, and safe. Our HTP60 is suited for use with raw meal, clinker, cement, slag, ores, oxidic material and ferroalloys with a feed size of 100 micrometers
