Key Features
- Once the material is fully leached, in a first-in/first-out flow, a track-mounted bucket wheel reclaimer reclaims and loads the material into a mobile hopper on the track-mounted MRC. The rail-mounted mobile hopper is able to travel the length of the MRC. As the bucket wheel reclaimer and MRC both finish one pass along the face of the heap, they each move forward on their crawler tracks, toward the pad, and repeat the process. Each pass removes approximately 1.0 m to 1.5 m (3.3-ft to 5-ft) of material, with the MSC adding new material behind it. The spent ore travels to a spent ore pile via the overland or corridor conveyor, where a mobile spreader or mobile stacker stack it.

It comprises a mobile conveying unit with a mobile hopper, designed to accept material from the reclaimer and convey it to an overland conveying system.
