The Essa OST450 Sieve Shaker is supplied as standard complete with a separate IP55 enclosed On/Off control station for installation remote from the unit. An optional extra timer can be included in this control station
The sieve stack is oscillated in a circular motion in the horizontal plane by a three-phase 1.5 kW electric motor driving to a mechanical cam system. A positive vertical component of motion is also imparted to the sieve stack by an electromagnetic vibrator integrated into the oscillating table to ensure optimum screening efficiency
