The QCX Centaurus Combined Mill and Press is a compact unit that consists of an automatic fine grinding mill and an automatic pelletizing press. It makes x-ray sample preparation easy and requires little assistance from your lab staff. It can operate as a stand-alone system or be integrated with linear or robotic automated laboratories.This adaptable machine produces pressed powder test tablets from granular materials, such as raw meal, clinker, cement, ore, slag, and exploration samples for x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Grinding and pressing are automated saving your staff from many of the labor-intensive and tedious tasks associated with preparing pressed pellets. And you get high-quality, accurate analysis time after time
