- PulseGuard™ was designed to address and limit the effects of flex fatigue, the cyclic bending of the fiber strands within the fiber bundles – a common problem with traditional woven fiberglass. Higher than normal differential pressure together with more frequent pulsing and elevated pulse pressure are the primary causes of flex fatigue, which shortens filter bag life. PulseGuard™s increased tolerance to flex fatigue makes the filter fabric more durable without losing performance. Its also an ideal solution in applications where the high A/C ration cannot be reduced.
Product Description
OptiSize filter bag concept is based on the switch from the traditional circular bag shape to a square shape with rounded corners, increasing the perimeter of the filter bag and filtration surface at equal bag length. The result is an increase of filtration area up to 15 percent within the same filter casing volume compared to a traditional round bag. OptiSize is available in all type of felts and fiberglass media to replace the five inch and six inch filter bags.Performance filter bags to upgrade your pulse-jet baghouses while saving energy and extending filter bag life.
