These rotary airlock valves are used for minimizing system loses during the transfer of material amid the vessels with unusual pressure/volumetric feeder that is used for metering material at specified low rates. The Conveyor Screw imparts a smooth positive motion to the material as it rotates within the trough Couplings and Shaft connect and transmit motion to the subsequent screw conveyors. Held in place by self-locking Tem-U-Lac bolts. CI Rotary Airlock Valve offered by us is qualitative and hold various specifications like they are manufactured from cast iron, cast steel, heat resistant steel and aluminum. They can be availed in 150 mm to 1000 mm size to meet that capacity of up to 500 NT/rev. Materials of Construction used: M.S. & Stainless Steel.
