Hot Air Ovens: These are sturdy double walled unit with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated with Inner chamber S. Steel 304 grade. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoided thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are places in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. Temperature is controlled by imported hydraulic type capillary thermostat/ Digital temperature controller from 50C to 250C +/- 1C.An L shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. (Only Thermostatic controlled OVEN) air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit.These are sturdy double wall units with outer chamber made of mild steel duly powder coated painted & inner chamber are made of S.S.304 GRADE./Outer & Inner CHAMBER MADE OF SS 304 GRADE (As per ordered). Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. Temperature is controlled by LCD GRAPHICAL DISPLAY WITH following specification:
- Selectable timer up to 99:59 (HOURS/MINUTE)
- Timer disable option for continuous running
- Visual alarm LED indication for temperature deviation/Heater/Fan/Timer
- Fan Timer inbuilt to give rest to Fan Motor Periodically. SSR based output controls for HEATER (PID)
- Relay/SSR based output control for heater (PID)
- Computer interface via RS 232 interface+ PC software
