Jubilee OC0709SS Stainless Steel Hose & Jubilee Clip is engineered for secure hose attachments with an inside diameter range of 7 mm to 9 mm. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a zinc plated finish, these clips ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion in industrial environments.

This clip design eliminates the use of a screw mechanism, making it highly suitable for extremely small hoses and providing a tamper proof assembly. Its characteristic double ear (2-ear) clamp shape, sometimes called lemon clips due to their unique form, is crimped using pincers to achieve a tight and reliable seal.

Widely employed in air, fluid, gas, and steam lines, these clips are also applicable in low pressure hydraulic systems. The installation process involves fully closing one ear first, followed by the second ear which slightly reopens the first to build a spring-like tension that guards against pressure fluctuations, vibration, and hose shrinkage caused by temperature changes or aging.
