Jubilee JPC006SS is a high-quality, 6 mm inside diameter (ID) black rubber coated stainless steel P-Clip designed for secure retention of pipes, cables, and hoses across various industrial, mechanical, and fluid power applications.
Manufactured from a single flexible stainless steel band with an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber liner, the clip features a stepped design ensuring the rubber liner sits flush while providing excellent vibration damping and sound insulation. The single-piece construction eliminates joins, enhancing its mechanical strength.
The black EPDM rubber liner is chosen for its wide operating temperature range (-50°C to 150°C), resistance to ultraviolet weathering, abrasion, ozone, creep, and ageing, making the clip suitable for harsh industrial environments. The steel is zinc plated for corrosion resistance, complemented by the rubber coating.
