ideal-tek 4WFCPR.SA.1 Stainless Steel, Polyetheretherketone Flat ESD Safe Tweezer is a precision tool engineered using corrosion-resistant low carbon austenitic stainless steel (Material number 1.4435, DIN X2CrNiMo18-14-3, AISI 316L) combined with polyetheretherketone (PEEK) reinforced with carbon fibre for high rigidity and wear resistance. The tweezer measures 130mm in length and features a flat 12mm tip for optimal handling of sensitive components.
This tweezer offers excellent anti-magnetic and anti-acid properties, making it suitable for use in electronic manufacturing, watch-making, jewellery assembly, laboratory work, and medical fields where moderate exposure to chemical environments occurs. The ESD safe design assists in preventing electrostatic discharge damage to sensitive devices.
The replaceable carbofib tips come with a precise replacement kit that includes two tips and three screws, offering an easy and accurate replacement mechanism widely regarded as the most precise and simple system available in the market.
