Product Description

Festo CTEU-PN Pneumatic Logic Controller from the CTEU Series is engineered to provide effective management of valves in pneumatic systems, using compressed air or liquid as the control medium. This approach ensures safety in environments involving combustible materials by avoiding electrical control currents.

The controller features a uniquely defined Festo interface (I-Port) allowing integration with various valve terminal configurations. It includes diagnostics for communication errors, undervoltage, and system status, enhancing system reliability.

With a rugged IP67 rating, the device is both waterproof and dust-proof, suitable for harsh industrial environments. Its compact size of 40 mm length, 91 mm width, and 50 mm depth allows installation in limited spaces.

The controller operates at 24 V DC within a 18 V to 30 V range and supports a maximum power supply current of 4 A. It is designed to function in temperatures ranging from -5°C to +50°C, catering to multiple industrial applications including manufacturing, automation, and fluid power control.

Connectivity is facilitated by two M12 x 1 sockets, ideal for secure pneumatic system integration. The controller measures data with a cycle time of 1 ms per byte and transmits up to 64 bytes of inputs and outputs cyclically.
