Product Description
Double walled construction Outer body is made of Galvanized steel (better than mild steel) duly epoxy powder coated. The inner chamber is made of Stainless steel (304) sheet. Two Forced air circulation fan is fitted to ensure good mixing and strong dispersion, and maintain higher temperature uniformity inside the chamber & no cross-contamination. The gap of 75mm between the two walls is filled with high thick mineral wool. Synthetic door gasket for proper sealing. Outer single double-walled insulated door fitted with heavy hinges made of brass with a ball catcher, spring loaded door closing device. Robust door hinge. Adjustable two ventilation slides control inner air/vapour circulation on two sides. Heating elements are made of high-quality NICHROME and are placed on three sides LHS, RHS, and bottom for uniform heat distribution.
