Product Description

CRC 30578 is a 1 kg lithium-based SUPER LONG-LIFE GREASE paste formulated for demanding industrial applications. It combines EP-lithium soap thickening with molybdenum disulphide additives to offer superior high-pressure resistance and wear protection.

This grease has a viscosity of 155 mm²/s and operates across a broad temperature range from -30°C minimum to 130°C maximum, with a dropping point of approximately 190°C. Its high flash point of 200°C ensures safety under elevated temperatures.

Water resistance is strong, maintaining integrity up to 90°C, making it suitable for environments where moisture exposure is common. The grease forms a durable lubricant layer that reduces mechanical wear and tear, thereby extending the life of bearings and other components.

It is ideal for rolling-element bearings exposed to heavy loads and sliding-contact bearings facing extreme pressures, providing reliable lubrication during running-in of both new and older bearings. However, use on needle bearings is not advised due to compatibility issues.
