Product Description
The diameter of the fog produced is 1-5 micrometers when compared to 3-25 micrometers of other humidifiers. Due to the small size of droplets Humidity is absorbed by the air quickly and evenly. When a droplet's size is bigger it can settle directly over the metal parts of machinery without proper dispersion in the air causing corrosion of parts.The cost of humidifying is as low as 0.05kw/kg/hr which is 1/10 to 1/15th of other humidifiers.This technology doesnt need nozzles, Fog output can be directly from the PVC pipe thus no issues such as nozzle blockages, etc.
- Ultrasonic humidifiers are almost maintenance free, as an Inbuilt RO Water purifies the Water before allowing it to enter the Equipment. (Optional)
- The ultrasonic humidifier system does not generate heat at any point in humidification process.
