ABUS Security-Center RM1100 Polycarbonate Flame Sensor Heat Detector operates at 12V dc and is designed to provide accurate fire detection using thermo-differential technology. Constructed from robust polycarbonate, this device is suitable for demanding industrial, commercial, and institutional environments.

This unit detects temperature changes either by a rise of more than 3°C within one minute or when overall temperature surpasses 60°C, providing two-way verification for fire detection. The floating alarm relay enables direct connection to various alarm control units, ensuring seamless integration into existing safety systems.

Its detection range covers approximately 40 square meters and it is designed for ceiling installation at the center of rooms to optimize sensor performance. The sensor's design minimizes false alarms caused by common interfering elements such as smoke from kitchens, garages, or smoking zones.
