Double wall design. The working chamber is made of stainless steel S.S 304 grade of 1.6 mm thickness, and the outer cover is also made of stainless steel of 1.0 mm thickness. Lid & bottom sheet is also made of stainless steel. All joints are argon welded. Jointless NEOPRENE / SILICONE gasket. Heavy-duty industrial flange heater. The strong lid is constructed out of a thick stainless steel plate, Stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade has a double safety radial locking arrangement, which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves. Our vertical autoclaves are ideally suited for Research labs, Research institutes, Medical Colleges, Hospitals, and Industries where safety is the first priority of the users since it is equipped with a double safety steam release valve. At the same time, we test all our autoclaves for up to 2.5 times the standard working pressure to ensure maximum safety and protection from any unfortunate incident. All our vertical autoclave is supplied complete with pressure gauge, pressure release valve, and stainless steel basket as standard feature.
