RawlPlug 530-624 Carbon Steel Wall Plug is a high-performance through bolt anchor designed for industrial and construction use requiring robust and reliable fastening in non-cracked concrete. It has a 16 mm thread size and 140 mm length, manufactured from zinc-plated carbon steel ensuring durability and corrosion resistance under demanding conditions.
This R-XPT mechanical anchor fixing meets ETA Option 7 approval and incorporates a 6-grip expander design that provides substantial load-bearing capacity. The cold-formed body guarantees dimensional accuracy, facilitating precise and easy installation with embedded depth markings for correct embedment.
The anchor can be installed directly through the fixture by drilling with a 16 mm diameter drill bit. It accommodates a maximum fixing thickness of 20 mm, ideal for structural steel assemblies, balustrades, barriers, handrails, racking systems, and bollards.
RawlPlug R-XPT anchors are compatible with non-cracked concrete ranging from C20/25 to C50/60, unreinforced and reinforced concrete, and natural stone following site testing. It is not recommended for cavity wall or plasterboard wall fixings, ensuring optimal usage in suitable applications only.
