SKF TLSD 125/WA2 is an electromechanical single-point automatic grease lubricator designed to maintain machinery lubrication efficiently with a 125ml plastic cartridge filled with LGWA 2 grease suitable for extreme pressure applications. The lubricator features an adjustable dispensing unit with a dial that can be set from one to twelve months, allowing precise control of lubrication intervals according to operational requirements.

The lubricator’s lightweight design at 635 grams and plastic construction reduces mounting strain on equipment. The device carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, making it dust tight and resistant to water jets, suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Operation status is indicated by three LEDs: green indicates normal operation, yellow signals a low battery or grease warning, and red denotes an empty battery or lubrication error, facilitating easy monitoring and maintenance.

The lubricator includes a protective plastic cap to prevent tampering with the drive unit, enhancing reliability and security in industrial setups.
