Product Description
Hanna Instruments BL15-2 diaphragm electric positive displacement pump delivers a flow rate of 15.2L/h with a maximum pressure of 14.5 psi, operating at supply voltages of 220V and 240V. This pump is engineered with precision, featuring a durable fibreglass reinforced polypropylene body to resist chemical corrosion, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Its diaphragm pump design incorporates a minimal number of moving parts reducing mechanical failure risks. The adjustable external potentiometer provides precise flow rate control from zero to full capacity. Constructed with wear-resistant PTFE diaphragms and glass balls, alongside pump heads and O-rings manufactured from Kynar®, PTFE, or Viton®, it ensures compatibility with various chemicals and operational longevity.
The pump supports horizontal installation with convenient mounting holes and a wide base for secure placement on tanks, shelves, or floors. Rated to IP65, it provides excellent protection against dust ingress and splashing water, suitable for industrial, laboratory, HVAC, and water treatment applications.
Its maximum fluid temperature tolerance is 50°C, making it a versatile solution in chemical processing, fluid transfer, and dosing operations. The electrical drive type ensures efficient and consistent pump performance with an input power of 200 watts.
