SMC KQG2 pneumatic fitting model KQG2 is a 6mm push-in male connector designed with stainless steel SUS316 material, offering superior corrosion resistance ideal for challenging environments. Its R 1/4 threaded-to-tube connection allows secure and reliable installation in pneumatic systems.
The fitting can operate at temperatures up to 150°C and pressures up to 1 MPa with a proof pressure of 3 MPa, making it suitable for demanding pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid power applications. This compact and lightweight fitting is 30% smaller and 62% lighter compared to previous series, supporting tubing diameters from 3.2 to 16mm. It incorporates FKM seals that facilitate use with nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, FEP, and PFA tubing materials. The grease-free design increases longevity and reliability.
