RS PRO 486-502 Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Hose Pipe is a high-quality flexible rubber hose designed for acetylene gas welding and other industrial applications. Constructed entirely from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), both the inner hose and outer cover provide excellent flexibility, chemical resistance, and temperature tolerance up to 80°C.

This hose is lightweight and features an ester reinforcement which enhances its strength while maintaining flexibility. The red exterior and black interior colors help in easy identification, commonly used with blue oxygen hoses in industrial autogenic welding setups. It is also suitable for conveying natural gas and air.
