Product Description
RTD sensors with thermowells are designed for processes where corrosion, pressure, abrasion, or shear force may threaten the life of the element. Thermowells, machined from solid bar stock or fabricated from a pipe, shield the RTD element from external aberrations. Fabricated thermowells offer a lower-cost alternative and are used in applications where high pressure is not a consideration.
