Key Features
- Large surface area of @400 m2/m3 provided by means of Bio Media, which helps the bacteria to form large colonies on the Bio Media. Circular motion of the media is caused by the air flow. Slowly a bio film start develops over each element, which disintegrates the BOD present in the effluent. Overflow of the bio reactors will conveyed to the third chamber.
- MBBR Plant consists of 3 chambers. First and second chambers are bio reactor 1 & 2. Bioreactors are filled with Moving bed media and water. Here bio degradation will take place in presence of active bio mass and oxygen. Here oxygen will be provided by means of continuous running of air blower.

- The discharge water of this suction pump is of high quality. Sodium hypochlorite will be dose here into the treated water tank for disinfection. Sludge filter will be used for sludge dewatering purpose. Leachate will be Recycled back into collection tank.
