  • The machine will not start until the flap is closed. By pushing the start button, the piston moves out until it achieves its maximum pressure force of 200 kN, and the motor stops

Our TP20E Semi-Automatic Pellet Press produces perfect pellets at the press of a button, making pellet preparation very easy and incredibly efficient. The benchtop machine features a hydraulic aggregate, which is used to build the required pressure for pressing, in place of a manual hand pump. It means less physical work for your operators and more comfortable working conditions
  • Our TP20E offers a choice of pressing tools, as well as the option of free pressing. Choose from 40 mm aluminium cups, 40 mm or 51.5 mm steel rings, or a 40 mm free pressing tool. Press different materials including raw meal, clinker, cement, slag, ores, oxidic material and ferroalloys, with a feed size of 100µm, for XRF analysis
