- MCB have been manufactured from PBT material which is a flame retardant body known for its extra strength & better insulation property and silver graphite anti weld contact tips which ensures long operating time of the device .
- High terminal capacity of 35 sq.mm that allows using aluminium conductors or bus-bars for connection & Bi - connect termination that allows connection of either cable or busbar single strip copper for better flexibility
- SELVO MCB are designed in such a way that provide sufficient air circulation between MCB's fixed adjacent to each other and the grooves are provided so that air circulate around individual poles resulting in cooler operation
- Easily mounted on the din rail ( standard size of din rail is 35 mm) using Bi stable din clip (Shown in black )and MCB can be easily fixed and removed from din rail in the distribution board
- SELVO MCB's are designed in such a way that they comprise finger-proof terminals which eradicate the chances of accidental contact with live part that ensures the safety of installer
- When the contacts are separated in event of overload or short circuit conditions, an electric arc is formed ,than arc goes up through the arc-runner and enters into arc splitters and finally quenched
- MCB's are provided with combi-head screws which has both the standard slots that can be tightened by the standard screw drivers . The maximum tightening torque is 2Nm

- MCB's are designed with rapid arc quenching mechanism. It operates with high speed mechanism in which electro dynamic forces are setup by the heavy current due to short circuit , separating the contacts several times faster before it could reach the peak value , thus suppressing the high current .
